Drew Plagens

Drew Plagens is a partner in CrestPoint Partners Infrastructure Holdings (CPIH), along with its subsidiaries CrestPoint Partners, LLC (CrestPoint) and Paloma Wastewater Services, LLC (Paloma), all founded in 2023 and 2024. Drew will focus on business development, negotiating land leases, selecting sites, and managing field operations for Paloma. Drew was a Quail Run Services (QRS) consultant from 2011 until the company was sold in 2018.

Drew was Vice President of an oil and gas SWD waste business based in the Permian Basin. From 2018 to now, Drew has co-founded Tejas Exploration, LLC, which operates oil and gas wells and commercial saltwater disposal wells. Drew resides in Midland, Texas, and graduated from Hardin Simmons University with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in 2007.
