Jim Rodgers

Jim Rodgers is a partner in CrestPoint Partners Infrastructure Holdings, founded in 2024. Jim was previously the CFO/COO of AUC Group in Houston, a company that designs, manufactures, installs, and provides specialty water and wastewater treatment plant financing. Jim was employed at AUC Group from 2014 until 2021 and remained a consultant until early 2023. Mr. Rodgers played a key role in multiple successful exits with AUC Group to private equity firms and a publicly held company. Before 2014, Jim held regional leadership positions with Siemens Building Technologies and Johnson Controls. Jim is the President of the board of directors at Villa Verde homeowners’ association.
