Todd Mueller

Todd Mueller is a partner in CrestPoint Partners Infrastructure Holdings, founded in 2024. In his prior role, he founded AUC Group and served as President from 2003 through 2021. Todd remained an equity partner in the business and had multiple successful exits in 2011, 2015, 2018, and 2020. He was a Co-Founding Partner of Quail Run Services (QRS) from 2011 through 2018, when it was sold. His primary role was as a board member responsible for all technical aspects of the wastewater facilities utilized by QRS.

Todd previously served on the boards of East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District 6,  East Montgomery County Municipal Utility District 7, and Harris County Municipal Utility District 199.  He also served as a commissioner for the Hunters Creek Planning and Zoning Commission.

He is a past member of the following professional associations: the Water Environment Federation, Houston Contractors Association, and the Water Environment Association of Texas.
